Use products only for their intended purposes. Where applicable, keep children and pets away from moving parts and other hazards identified in the product instructions.

For fitness equipment, follow the model-specific instructions concerning user weight limits, safety keys, handrails, emergency stops, and required clearance.

Unless expressly stated in properly supported product documentation, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions or to provide health monitoring or emergency response services.

We do not guarantee specific fitness, rehabilitation, or health outcomes.

These provisions do not exclude responsibility for defective products, inadequate warnings, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, trademarks, images, videos, manuals, and designs belong to Oylus or the relevant rights holders.

You may download materials made available for download for personal, noncommercial use related to your product. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is lawful and does not violate others’ rights.

For reviews submitted for public display, you grant us nonexclusive permission to reproduce and display them as reasonably necessary to publish and administer reviews.

Materials submitted privately to customer support are not automatically authorized for advertising use. We will obtain appropriate separate permission before using identifiable support materials for marketing.

We do not prohibit or penalize honest consumer reviews protected by law.
